Pasargad Energy Group and Pasargad Exploration, Development and Production Company, in line with their social responsibilities, organized a scientific tour to visit the Sepehr-Jufair oil field for a group of students from Sharif University of Technology.

The two-day visit program of undergraduate, master's and doctoral degree students of petroleum engineering of Sharif University of Technology to the national development project of the Sepehr-Jufair oil field in Khuzestan province was held on May 30 and 31, and the students visited the drilling operations at Sepehr-11 well. They visited the production site at Sepehr-7 and surface facilities and got acquainted with the development process of the oil field with explanations given by the engineers and specialists of Pasargad Exploration, Development and Production Company.

During this visit, a specialized course on oil and reservoir engineering was held with the focus of presenting the status and basic information of the field, determining the strategy for starting the development of the field and the challenges of developing the field in the first phase.

On the sidelines of this visit, the students also learned about Pasargad Energy Group's activities in the field of sustainability and social responsibility, including safety, health and environment issues, and the construction of Pasargad School in the village of Maliha Haj Bader in the vicinity of the Sepehr-Jufair oil field.
